How do I book a sitting?
Go to the BOOK A SITTING Page above and fill in the online contact form or simply contact me directly. I will be in touch within 24 hours to book a time with you.
How long does a sitting take?
A typical sitting is 2-4 hours. I typically structure a morning and afternoon sitting.
What to bring?
Soft tones work well, along with black and grey as staples. Avoid tight prints and patterns. I own a number of fine art canvas backdrops which include antique brown, ochre, deep blue, Irving Penn Grey, textured white and Red. I also use various velvet fabrics in caramel, deep Green, yellow, teale, burnt orange, grey and ivory. Harmonious colour choices are key to bringing depth, dimension and atmosphere to the imagery and something to discuss in depth before a sitting.
What about Hair and Makeup?
Feel free to have these done before a sitting. We can discuss bringing HMU on the day also.
How are the hero images chosen?
At the completion of the shoot, we sit together and make our hero selects for retouching. This is a crucial part of the creative process and ensures alignment for delivery of final images.
What are your rates and deliverables?
Standard Sitting rate is $800 + GST. Typically, I retouch and deliver 6-8 final hero images. Additional images can be requested at $80 per retouched image. Images will are turned around within 7-10 working days.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken via direct deposit on the day of the sitting.
